Had to leave the Dali exhibit. It was way too crowded. All LA-istas should go see it, though. It's breathtaking.

Spike's Bitches 38: Well, This Is Just...Neat.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Which museum has it?
LACMA, over by the tar pits. Which means it's a special exhibit, so non-members will have to pay a seperate fee to get in (the admission to that doesn't cover the rest of the museum, and vice versa). And you won't be able to see that part of the museum for free after 5:00pm, unlike the rest of the museum.
But it's worth it.
Nifty. I need to get my art on.
The Tar Pits have ACTUAL TAR!!!!
Actual tar, just lying there in pits, in the middle of the city.
Behind the museum.
And it's not just in the pits, it's coming up through the cracks in the sidewalk a block away!
My favorite part about "The La Brea Tar Pits" is that that phrase actually translates to, "the the tar tar pits".
Oh crap, Sox, I missed your post earlier. {{{you and family}}} I'm so sorry to hear about your DH's aunt.
I am v. tired but I find myself dyeing my hair right now. At the last moment, I found it impossible to go to New York with a 1/2 inch stripe of mousy brown running through the perfectly straight part in my hair. 20 minutes, then shower, then to bed.
I have nothing to read on the plane. I'm going to have to buy something at the airport stores.
Here's hoping my red is as red as I want it to be.
Ooh, I know the feeling, Erin. Twenty minutes online, wash, to bed! Good luck
not-surprised, Fay and I have a higher "match percentage" and "friend percentage" than pretty much anybody I've chatted with on OKCupid
Of course you do! Also, Fay is hot. I just had to reiterate.
Gris, next time I recommend a picture where you're looking at the camera, maybe? But generally a good ad!
