I am v. tired but I find myself dyeing my hair right now. At the last moment, I found it impossible to go to New York with a 1/2 inch stripe of mousy brown running through the perfectly straight part in my hair. 20 minutes, then shower, then to bed.
I have nothing to read on the plane. I'm going to have to buy something at the airport stores.

I liked stumbling on little tiny tar puddles in the field around the tar pits.
I also like the animal figures in the pits, for the total cheesiness factor.
