Spike's Bitches 38: Well, This Is Just...Neat.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

That reminds me! The Germans brought me tons of chocolate that's sitting at home waiting for my arrival after work! Yay Germans! Yay chocolate!

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Some maniac left Girl Scout Cookies in the kitchen.

Samoas.

I am pretty much powerless here.

Dudes seriously brought a duffle bag full of the stuff. I love the eggs with toys inside.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I'm reading a site with reviews of the Baby-sitters Club books. OMG, the outfits. The outfits that I used to think were SO cool.

(And I'm now remembering my favorite outfit from around the time I was reading those books. Cropped leggings, white and lime green stripes. White longish t-shirt with a picture of some bike racers done in sequins, with "Tour de France" written in hot pink and lime green script. Two pairs of scrunch socks, in pink and green -- one foot with the pink and then the green, the other foot with the green and then the pink. One side of my hair pulled back with a pink and green polka-dot bow. What the hell was I thinking? I believe I completed the look with L.A. Gear sneakers. Which were purple.)

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I remember I used to love to wear my black leggings with lace at the ankles with a long tshirt that fell off one shoulder and capezio flats. Good times.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Two pairs of scrunch socks, in pink and green -- one foot with the pink and then the green, the other foot with the green and then the pink.

Dude. Hardcore.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Happy Birthday, Hil!
