I'm mad because when I finally notified Amazon that my Marketplace purchase had arrived and left feedback I wrote that the package wasn't shipped until 10 days after I ordered it. It was actually 20 days but they won't let me edit. Pout.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.
Customer service is dead. When we bought our new stove, we asked Sears to deliver it during the day. First they said they had to deliver it a week early, which we said no to. Then they said they had to dleiver it in the afternoon, so we said okay. They called today at 3:30 and said it would not be at 4:00 as they said, but at 7:00pm. They then called at 7:00 to say they wouldn't make it before 10:00pm. We told them to reschedule. Idiots.
