Customer service is dead. When we bought our new stove, we asked Sears to deliver it during the day. First they said they had to deliver it a week early, which we said no to. Then they said they had to dleiver it in the afternoon, so we said okay. They called today at 3:30 and said it would not be at 4:00 as they said, but at 7:00pm. They then called at 7:00 to say they wouldn't make it before 10:00pm. We told them to reschedule. Idiots.
