Slay-er? Chosen One. She who hangs out a lot in cemeteries? You're kidding. Ask around. Look it up: Slayer comma The.

Spike's Bitches 38: Well, This Is Just...Neat.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Very cool swimsuit - and at a price that lets you actually go on vacation.

And Trudy - I thought you'd, um, appreciate it. Scary and yet unintentionally funny.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

I can only shift the tv cabinet - I can't move it. this means I should clean up other parts of the house - so it won't be quite so chaotic. I'd rather move furniture.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Scary and yet unintentionally funny.

Yes!

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

My work mystery is solved. The bonus was from one of the corporate folks that I spoke with a couple of weeks ago when he was here to do the annual review of the contract I work on. It was for "superior customer service".

Woot.

I mean, I was "woot" before, I just didn't know why.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Yay for meaningful woot!

I was so worried this was going to be like the accidental bonus me and a lot of other hourlies got at the beginning of the year that I was afraid to mention it... they made us give it back!

Mostly lurking...

Yay, Suzi! That's fabulous!

Well, shit. I picked up 10 prescriptions today, and this pharmacy is really small and wonderful. I've never had an error with them before. But, I'm missing one of my meds. And it's a controlled substance--one that I've been taking for five years and more than a little dependent on. I have none. And the pharmacy is closed. And since it's a controlled substance, I have no idea what they're going to do when I report that it wasn't in the bag.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Yikes, vw! I would think they'd be able to refer it to another pharmacy if it's an immediately needed med.

I've pretty much given up on ever paying less than $100 for a swimsuit anymore. That one is lovely, vw.

Yay, Suzi!

Pretty dresses.

My day was filled with many people coming in and out of the house, installing and delivering large items (dishwasher and a bedroom suit). I've also got a cleaning lady lined up to help me get rid of the mess from the final unpacking next week.

I also got to shop for bath mats/rugs, new towels and shower curtains. My bathrooms will now match. Yay for Kohls and their cheap towels.

We have a babysitter coming in an hour. She's the daughter of the guy who did our painting. I hope she works out. DH and I are taking a break for an adult evening out.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

The fuck, Laga? That's awful.

And ugh, vw.
