Mal: So we run. Nandi: I understand, Captain Reynolds. You have your people to think of, same as me. And this ain't your fight. Mal: Don't believe you do understand, Nandi. I said 'we run'. We.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Hey. New board.

Hi new thread!

So I don't know if anybody here watches Gossip Girl, but if you enjoy it, you must be sure to read the latest recap over on TWOP. Jacob absolutely loves the show, which makes for my favorite kind of recap (see: Deborah's recaps of Joan of Arcadia) what with the interesting analysis of what's happening, but he also brings loads of the hilarious snark. I laughed Pepsi up my nose three different times. It hurt. But I didn't mind.

And now, I have to alphabetize things. Yay!

ETA: I want either the monkey suit or the baby. Maybe both.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

That child is adorable. Pictures truly don't do him justice. He is the cutest, sweetest little thing! Niece is, too, but she is a wild woman while he is super mellow. Loves the niecephew!

I just started reading that before I clicked back over here. Glad it has an endorsement! Jacob can irritate me sometimes though.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

First 50?

Wait, where am I? Oh hi! How've you been?

I've spent most of the last two weeks trying to find short-term care for my mom. We moved her in today, and now I have 20 days to find her a permanent residence facility. So much fun. Whee.

I hope all here are prosperous, happy, and healthy. Sympathies to those who need them, attaboys and girls to those who are striving, and yays! to those who have earned them.

Love you all. Except you--who are you, again?

Oh man, I haven't been caught up in Bitches in almost three weeks! New threads are AWESOME.

I hope everyone is doing well, and ~ma to anyone that needs it.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Yay, omnis on the car-paying-off!!!!

{{Beverly}}

Hi, Bitches! Like Beverly and Ailleann, I have not been able to keep up much lately. My first show opens on Monday and I've been a busy beaver with that. Dress rehearsals are Thursday and Friday. I think I have everything, but I still need to get crafty for some props.

I was pulled out of school today for some training and tomorrow we have a half day and the kids are being tested all morning, so I don't teach tomorrow. I hope to get the props all organized tomorrow.

Amidst all the busy with the show, this week is my last week with my 6th graders and next week is my last week with my 7th and 8th graders before I get all new groups. So, I've been trying to plan lessons to make sure we finish everything in time.

It's crazy, but I'm still liking it, so this is a good sign!
