stomps into corner of the thread, starts building a pillow fort
That's it. I give up. Not only has everyone else on my team found other jobs, I just found out the PM I was working with has accepted a position at another company. I feel like I'm starring in some sort of survivalist horror movie, but without the fun of fighting zombies.
I should really really go to the college library this weekend because I have a paper due in 18 days and I haven't started. Well, I read the 1 journal article I downloaded, but I need to go get copies of the others I decided to use.
It's a 1000 word, 5 page paper that we can use as many sources as we want but at least 1 has to be from a peer reviewed journal, so far I have 4 sources all from peer reviewed journals. I haven't written a paper in a long time, I know the general theme but not the specifics.

Maybe you're in "And Then There Were None."
{{{Jilli}}}} Job~ma for you.

Wow. You're good. I have a five-pager due on Tuesday that I haven't started. Ok. I've got a topic. So, I guess it's kind of started.
::Want my own pillow fort of mommy-frustration::
I am meeting with CJ and his teacher after school today. He has been acting up in class again. Can we be done with this yet?
The boy is only 11. I know it gets worse from here, but man, I'm exhausted. I feel as though I've used up all my good mommy abilities.

Is this the paper that was actually due last Monday???
Um...nope. This is another one. That one is, well, still not started either.
BUT! I finished my grant application today.
Yeah, but you've written papers recently. The last paper I wrote was in, 1998. Possibly 1999. But definitely not in the 21st century. So you can see why I'm a little worried.
I'm registered for next semster though. I'm taking an Intro to Computers class (I think I'll do fine, it's a requirement and I'm retaking a F -- I didn't fail, just failed to go to class)), it's M/W 5:30 - 6:ish. I'm trying to decide if I want to take Oceanography (which is a new class for me and will finish up my science requirements) on T/Th from 7:30 to 8:ish or just stick with 1 class for right now.
