Thanks, Sox. I have a blog where I follow most of what you mentioned above although I do use Ellie's name. Even if you google "stephanie ellie joe puerto rico" nothing comes up related to us. My other rule is that if I'm blogging about friends or their kids, I don't use their names since I generally haven't asked permission.
I'd love to see the blog when/if you feel like sharing!
See, I knew there was stuff I forgot.
Cashmere and Kalshane, easy closing and moving in and all that! So many Buffista homeowners! It's exciting.
Oh! And Stephanie, good news on Joe! And on sleeping!
Happy Birthday Daniel!
Happy Anniversary Pete and Jilli!!!
Happy House-Buying Day Sparky!
Here is a snap of me today.
I feel like utter crap though. Seriously thinking of heading home.
Happy birthday Daniel!
Happy anniversary P&J!
I have an aunt with the habit of sending my cousin, her best friend and me all sorts of "Christians are being persecuted!" emails. There's just sort of an assumption of agreement. I have the same issues with a lot of work events where it's pretty much assumed it's fine to open and/or close with a prayer. I remember one conference where we were asked to sing "Our God is a Mighty God"
How many people just googled "stephanie ellie joe puerto rico"?
for those of you keeping track at home - my cold has reached the - I can breathe but my lungs are escaping out of my chest as fast as possible stage.
In more annoying news - I did not get any acknowlegement from my boss about not going in tonight. So I have no idea if she read it or ignored it thinking it was just a follow up from my phone call
For happier Golden Compass news, my friend just posted this in her lj:
AIH played a clip of Philip Pullman, author of the fab Golden Compass, answering a question at the University of Toronto about the benefits of saying nursery rhymes with your children:

Thanks Stephanie - that's good to hear. Lately, tweaking the blog has been good for keeping my mind off of things I can't control, so I don't want to shut it down because my mom (who is reading a certain book by paperdol) thinks the Internet is Coming To Get Her Grandchild. Insent coming to your profile addy.
