Spike's Bitches 38: Well, This Is Just...Neat.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Steph! Is it almost magic beer time again? What is the magic beer really called?
Was it the Anderson Valley Winter Solstice beer that you (rightly so) flipped over? Because it's pretty damned magic. It should be available soon. As in, this week.
t edit And Great Divide's Hibernation Ale is the one that's available for only 6 weeks, from November 1 through December 15.
And then also Sam Adams makes a good winter ale.
But I think the one you refer to as "magic" (because it IS) is the Anderson Valley Winter Solstice.
I should not be awake. I woke up to pee, then decided to eat an ice cream bar, which led to eating another, and then led to the internet.
ACK! There is something scritching around in the attic crawl space, and it doesn't sound small like a mouse!!!
There are Wolves in the Walls....
I'm still at Universal. We were expecting low attendance tonight. We sold out.
I am not asleep, which stinks. But I'm about to try again.
I hope Ellie went to sleep well, Stephanie. How'd it go?
Oh, dear. I appear to be awake. I mean, really awake.
Oh, dear. vw, that's no good.
Anne, you're up awfully early too.
Yup. But then again, I fell asleep at something like 8:30 last night.
I just got home from work. Hopefully I can finish up this list of emails I have to send and then get to bed soon.
But I think the one you refer to as "magic" (because it IS) is the Anderson Valley Winter Solstice.
t scampers off to find out if we can find it anywhere
So, I mentioned the travelling part of my weekend earlier, but I did not mention that Tom and I actually went into downtown Salem after work on Friday for some dinner and beer at the Salem Beerworks. Mad. Ness. I mean, I assumed so, but to see it firsthand... jeez. SO CRAZY!
It'll be over on Thursday, at any rate.
