Dropping in to say we are (mostly) moved! The movers were three noce burly tattooed guys who were incredibly helpful. Our furniture seems to fit where we thought it would and looks great. We have no phone or DSL service in the new place yet, so a quick hello as I stop back at ny old place to clean.
Spike's Bitches 38: Well, This Is Just...Neat.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
It is wonderful to read that your trip is going so well, vw. Please capture lots of hugs and smoochies from the Bayistas for me.
Happy moving weekend, Robin. It has been fun reading DH's mentions of moving in his articles too. I'm very excited for you.
And Cashmere moving too! Moving with kids adds a whole new level of interesting. From the skimming it sounds like it has been going pretty smoothly. New adventures!
It exhausts me to even think of moving again. I've moved too many times to count. We've been here 8 years or so and I don't want to ever do it again. But I will.
Laura!

Moving~ma to Cash and Robin!
I am writing narrative comments. Woo to the hoo. I've finished 14. That leaves 48. I think it's time to brew a pot of coffee since I want to finish at least 12 more today.
YaY hugs!
How's the breathing going, Kristin? I worry about you guys like crazy.
Today was the last day of the 1st 9 weeks session of school for my boys. I can hardly wait to see the report cards. Not.
Thanks for asking, Laura. It's gotten better over the last 24 hours. Still pretty smoky, but not as toxic as it was yesterday.

Oh ouch. I'm sorry--report cards are painful for everyone!
ETA: vw, long overdue insent!

I think the worst smoke day was last Tuesday. Last night, when the moon rose too full height, it was actually almost its normal color, instead of the sickly yellow-brown it's been from the smoke.
It's astounding....
Is time fleeting, Aims?
It is! It is!!!!!
