I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

well we are home. I finally found a formal I wore in college and wore that. The neighborhood does a kid's a parade - major street closed for 13 blocks. It was a madhouse trying to keep the afterschool kids together and other kids out of our group. Afterwards the neighborhood on the street is really a madhouse with the older kids all running around unsupervised and crowding into any business that is giving out candy. We tried 5 apartments in our building and got ZERO. Only one person was home and they didn't have candy. It seems no one reallu trick-or-treats in this building BUT the bowl of dum dums I left at our door while we were out is all gone. The bowl was TAKEN, GONE. People are just tacky.

information libertarian

Aaand we're done. 94 trick or treaters, we're out of candy and closed down.

Peter is walking around clutching a (wrapped) Milky Way and saying "more!" (must be my kid) and Eve and her dad are out on the next block, which gets HUNDREDS every year.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The bowl was TAKEN, GONE.

Ugh. Tacky indeed.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Trick-or-treater count: 2. But one of them told us to say Happy Halloween to the dog, which made me go "AWWWW".

Just got back from Chipotle. Lots of people with pieces of tin foil wrapped around their heads. If I were a Chipotle manager, I would totally bounce them.

I hope to not get trick or treaters. I have no candy. They can have ice cubes and fine tequila. I just need to get home and get unconscious as quickly as possible.

Yikes, beth! Maybe keep your clothes on.

The bowl was TAKEN, GONE. People are just tacky.

So tacky!

I'm pretty sure no one would come to my door, since I have no decorations on it. I'm guessing that's the code. I did hear a little girl ToTing on the other side of the building (there are two staircases that go up from the lobby).
