Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I haven't been to any of my class reunions.

From what I hear, the people I'm most interested in never come to the reunions. And about 70% of my class lives within 20 miles of our town.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

This year would be my 15th high school reunion. Luckily, we aren't having one.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

It sounds like a good neighborhood! I can't imagine being able to walk home from work in 45 minutes. Hell. Some days I can't imagine the drive being less than 45 minutes.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I did not go to my 10th H.S. reunion - it sounded like I didn't miss much. They were disorganized (as always), rented the Dogmusher's Hall, stood around and drank beer, and then went to the river to light bonfires and drink some more. Just like high school (except renting the hall).

I just missed my 10th college reunion - didn't miss much there either, apparently.

hip deep in pie

I can't imagine being able to walk home from work in 45 minutes.

Well it helps that Halifax has about 1/10 the population of LA.

I heard that there was a 20th reunion at my high school (20!!!), but I did not get invited.

Thrive to spite them

I didn't go to my 10 yr hs reunion, I wasn't in a great place at the time and didn't want to go and have to deal with questions about what I was up to. Plus I wasn't close to anyone. Although I am curious in finding out how some people turned out so I'll probably go to the 20 yr reunion.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

My old school friends found me on Facebook. Which was kinda scary at first.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

I'm coming up on my 20-year hs reunion in 2009.

If I can sell a novel by then, maybe I'll go.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

ION, wah wah wah, I don't want to work today! I want to still be home sick! I'm not getting a damn thing done here, so what's the point??

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

"Hi, everyone! I've gained weight since high school AND I am completely unsuccessful! How YOU doin'?"

Oh, you are not. You are living in a lovely apartment in Chicago. You have a job that doesn't require you to work eighty bajillion hours a week or sell your soul. You have tons of friends, including many invisible people on the internet. And, as Gud noted, you are a very successful amateur pornographer.

And yes, 99.5% of people have gained weight since high school.
