Mal: You tell me right now, little Kaylee, you really think you can do this? Kaylee: Sure. Yeah. I think so. 'Sides, if I mess up, not like you'll be able to yell at me.

Natter 54: Right here, dammit.

My SIL always makes buckeyes. And my mother curses her (mom+peanut butter+ chocolate=unstoppable.) SIL's from Ohio, too.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Anyone else having trouble getting Scrabulous to work tonight?

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I had a moment of terror that DST ended tonight and I didn't know it. Whew.

I have nothing interesting to say. I pretty much wasted the weekend, except for finally buying a new computer.

Art Crawl!!!

Apparently, they decided to make the time change the first weekend in November - - is that an energy saving thing?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The lady on the TV said "umpeer" waistline. Freakish.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I don't know about right this minute, but it does crap out off and on all the time, as far as I can tell. Relatedly, I will say, trying to get non-internet-friend friends to play that game is a PITA. They get all excited, and don't follow through! IME.

I don't know about "umpeer," but "ahmpeer" is only right and good!

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Yes, sara, you get the darkoclock feedings! I should send your mom a box of buckeyes.

Also, ftr, has anyone else noted that everywhere we have had thanksgiving previously has been threatened by fire this year.

Okay, gotta go melt chocolate.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I have a need to vent. I bought store brand clumping cat litter last week and it is the most gawd awful crap in the world. 1) it does NOT clump 2) it seems to have no odor absorbtion 3) I think it may actually be ammonia scented.

Gah. I bought new stuff today which hopefully will be better. I am trying to move to a cheaper and less noisy litter before the prentals are here in Nov (I used the pine stuff, the tried some "crystals" - both great on odor, but so damn noisy).

Jesse, where do you get the cedar? cause I can't find it.

Hmm. I don't remember, but it could have been at the pet store by your house! But it's been a while, since we're mostly a Chux household here.
