Natter 54: Right here, dammit.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
My bartender buddy, Alberta, made her own tamarind mix. Which required the Central American bar guy assistant to cut them and roast them (or something) in a particular way, but she loved using it in her cocktails.
GA: I totally agree with you Trudy about the difference between Izzy/George and Meredeth/Derek. Of course, Izzy has to rationalize her bad behavior somehow. But, you know, were George to drop dead tomorrow we all know that Izzy would have found ANOTHER love of her life within 6 weeks. I used to put the sweater from my Winnie the Pooh plush animal onto my cat when I was a teenager. But Abba would have let me do just about anything to her. My current cat - not so much.
I can just imagine the noises Jeeves would make if I tried to get one on him. And then he'd slink around the house on his belly with his ears pinned back if I did succeed.
Maybe you need to start them out with kitten sweaters when they're too young to fight back....
