You got all kinds of learnin' and you made me look the fool without tryin', and yet here I am with a gun to your head. That's 'cause I got people with me. People who trust each other, who do for each other, and ain't always lookin' for the advantage.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Not clicking.

This set of pictures of a Russian family that lives with a bobcat seems like it's been around before: [link]

That's not a bobcat. Bobcats are in the lynx family and have tufted ears. I haven't been able to figure out what kind of cat it is though.

Oh, wait. Could it be a fishing cat?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I love the bobcat knowledge in the thread. We are legion, and so are our interests.

So where exactly do you find these things, ita, and why?

To be honest, a krav instructor asked me about it today, and I said I'd have to go home and look. Then I was on the phone with another instructor and he told me the actual URL.

The angle was that me and the second instructor are the people who know these things, and the first instructor seemed surprised I hadn't heard of it. Which was probably because the second instructor's out of town. Otherwise I'd be much more up to date.

The Fishing cat hunting video on this page is kinda cool.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Happy birthday, brenda!

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Hippo birdies, brenda!

I hear that Nutty's having a hard time finding cheetahs to fight. The word has gotten out in the cheetah community, and every time any one of them sees her, they plop down on the ground and show her their furry white bellies.

Also, dead gazelles have been mysteriously left on her welcome mat.

hip deep in pie

"Disclaimer: I want to have sex with you on psychedelics." And then she started to sob and then she started to laugh and now she's talking again.

I'm guessing she had a head start on the psychdelics.

Happy birthday Brenda!

Oh, I got that job I interviewed for last week. They made the offer yesterday, and I asked to sleep on it overnight, but I am going to accept. I'm a bit freaked though.
