You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Does her friend have a giant Kitchen Stadium?

Does one of the Iron Chefs uses this migraine suppressant as well?

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I'm starting hunting for Halloween costumes. $30-40 at stores seems crazy (even though I know it will get more than one night's wear). I see ebay trolling in my future.

Pirate is easy and cheap.

You could probably find a cheap Batman on eBay.

He could be a baseball player and he could wear that stuff the rest of the year.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Just finished the pilot of Life. I can tell by the intensity of my reaction to it that it's hit some button--but it's a button of like. I hope it sticks around.

I cannot imagine attacking an oncoming migraine with peppers. It is too much. Migraines make me want less of everything.

Will you promise to take excellent notes for us if we do?

Video archive, baby.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I never had a store-bought Halloween costume, but some of them took a lot of doing, esp. computer (big cardboard box painted silver and with LEDs, etc.), and three-legged monster (sewed costume w/best friend). As I think about it, we had a lot of odd stuff around the house for dress-up -- I wore my mom's academic robe to be a witch, wore my grandfather's flight suit to be a hobo, we had some kimono around I wore one year, I don't know what else I was...

He has proclaimed Batman, so I have a bid on one on the cheapside. He has stuff for a homemade batman, but has already seen the store-bought ones on other kids and really really wants one like that. He has decided I need to go as a princess which means I do not need to buy anything. good times.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Whoa! Stunt fashion! Very cool and odd how they transform.

Seriously creepy.

Sending me Christian Bale and John Barrowman would be an excellent start.

Isn't Christian Bale still in town?

Completely unrelated... [link]

I think he does. Most of them are that. I do not like them, but who really cares.
