I got a flu shot through school. I pretty much take them up on the free shot every year since the kidlets bring every virus known to man through this place.
Now, I can hold a note for a long time...actually I can hold a note forever. But eventually that's just noise. It's the change we're listening for. The note coming after, and the one after that. That's what makes it music.

I've never had any problems with them. Easy peasy!! (uh..unless you have a needle phobia in which case... I can't really relate but I feel bad for you! Needles don't bother me at all.)

If you get a nurse used to giving immunizations, you won't really even feel it. The nurses I work with who give flu shots every year are awesome!
