I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

I always thought it was cool that it worked either as "sun/air" and "son/heir." I assumed it was intentional.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

What does the song have to do with the show, besides the sisters being human and (I assume) wanting love?

They are witches, so I thought the sun and air was some reference to witchiness/magic.

ETA- and the shy thing doesn't appear in the credits, the only words they use are

I am the son, I am the heir
I am human and I need to be loved,
just like everyone else does
see i've already waited too long
and all my hope is gone

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I thought it was the wanting to be loved just like everyone else thing. Because they are hot women with powers so they are lonely, right?!

(I don't watch the show.)

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I thought it was the wanting to be loved just like everyone else thing. Because they are hot women with powers so they are lonely, right?!

Maybe it's that they want to be loved instead of tied to stakes and burned?

Punishingly Intricate

She's standing there forever, silently flossing!

flossing in public is somehow way grosser to me then just brushing your teeth in public (which I also won't do and don't want to see other people do but is not quite as repellent to me).

Librarian Warlord

I usually have floss in my purse, and use it pretty regularly. I don't brush during the day, mostly because that's not as portable as a thing of floss. I dislike when people brush here in the bathroom at work not because I think brushing is gross, but because I hate the smell of toothpaste/peppermint and I'm not mentally prepared to face it during a pee break.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

ACK ACK ACK! Grammar emergency! My big boss just asked me to change something from "meeting with my staff and me" to "meeting with Susan and I." What to do?!?!?

Dana - Oct 22, 2007 10:04:21 am PDT #7965 of 10001
I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Refuse, Jesse! Stay strong!

Or change it and hope your big boss doesn't notice?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Phew -- I did stay strong and she signed off on "Susan and me."

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

My question for the day:

Using a handwipe to sanitize grocery cart handles is a) sensible, or b) yuppie affectation?

(Assuming, of course, that you have no sort of health reason to do so.)
