Random Ugly Betty thought not occasioned by anything in partiular: I like the way that when Marc has his little flashes of compassion, he's believably still the same bitchy, mean guy with this other side, not a pod person. I can't tell if it's the acting or the writing, but I appreciate it.

Safely home, and with electricity, though it was out at some point--all the appliance clocks are blinking. The wind was worse up on the hill at the hospital than anywhere else, but it's still impressively gusty out there.
