On my seventh birthday, I wanted a toy fire truck, and I didn't get it, and you were real nice about it, and then the house next door burnt down, and then real firetrucks came, and for years I thought you set the fire for me. And if you did, you can tell me!

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Pushing Daisies: is Chuck beginning to annoy the crap out of anyone else?

A fire engine, firetruck (smaller), ambulance and 4 cop cars just drove by. Um?

At least they didn't stop at my building, I guess.

They stream it starting the day after if you have broadband and don't mind the teeny-tiny image.

Now tagless for your comfort.

That's a relief. I do have broadband and I can live with a wee image to catch up.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Best of luck for Teddy, FredPete. Y'know if such an option had been available for Boots, I'm not sure I wouldn't have taken it.

Hey, Hubble was just featured in an ask.com ad.

Which is REALLY funny, considering they partnered with GoogleEarth to provide content for GoogleSky. (unless ask is a part of google, I don't know.)

Thrive to spite them

Anna, doesn't like it when I stay up too late, so around 11:00 she'll start meowing at me and sometimes sitting by my computer chair.

She's also picky about getting on laps. She only likes it if you have blanket or sheet over your lap. Then she'll get comfy. She's my cranky, picky old ladykitty and I love her.

Fred -- the best of luck to Teddy.
