I toured the mid-rennovation condos in the building I really like today and found out that they're going to be even more expensive than I thought (though the condo association fee is more reasonable than expected). At this point I'm pretty certain that buying is a pipe dream, at least until several years down the line if one of the as-yet hypothetical new owners wants to sell.

I graduated from Penn. I took my name out of the database to avoid donation solicitations. It is the oldest UNIVERSITY, not college in the country. I am not gay, although I do try to dress nicely. This is, unfortunately, my real hair.
