Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Still had to havea script from a US doctor, but our friends to the North were more than happy to accept a fax copy and send me my head meds.

How did you pick a pharmacy? Can you tell me who they are so I can try them.

Had potentially stressy group dinner, spent too much of the time hiding outside from the noise. I like that my cohort didn't leave early for my sake. He's got a handle on what makes me anxious and uncomfortable.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

We're pretty modern in our design, and also somewhat limited in space. So it'll be a tub with tiled shower. Um. A tub, with a tile surround, making it a shower too, not two separate units. The other bathroom has just a (massive!) shower.

Anyway, so it'll probably not be a clawfoot, pretty as they are. How long do you consider long enough? Or deep enough? It looks like we'll have 5 ft length (which is too bad, the SO is 6'1") but the depths vary pretty considerably, from 8.5" to 15.5" (water depth to drain).

eta: Sorry about the stressy dinner, ita. Did they get any issues resolved (feel free to tell me it's none of my business. I'm just feeling it, 'cause our potentially stressy meeting didn't resolve jack.)?

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

It took 7 hours to drive to my Mom's -- there was horrendous traffic, especially in CT for some reason, as in tremendous crawling slowdowns to to accidents and/or merging traffic. I opted for the longer detour over the Hamilton Fish bridge instead of the Tappan Zee, which may have taken just as much time because its farther, but felt less stressful because most of the drive was at 60+ MPH.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I am at work! I got a call last night at 9:30 and scheduled a meeting for 10 am. This is like the earliest I've gotten up in weeks.

What do you folks think are admirable features in a bathtub?

What I love in a tub? The ability to fill the sucker to the very very top with very very hot water. Hence, my love of the Sok which is super modern in design. Not quite a furo, but it is what my Auntie Haruko got in lieu of a furo at her place (she couldn't get one either) and it's FANTASTIC (according to my mom who just stayed at their place).

Now tagless for your comfort.

I love the culture of the bath. I love the old fashioned tubs but I also appreciate the gorgeous, modern, cathedral like bathroom.

Kat, that Sok is really, really gorgeous.

I admit I could get used to this or this or this.

It is! A friend of ours was obsessed with Soks which is why I think it's fantastic that my aunt and uncle now have one or something like it.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I don't like taking baths, but I need a bathtub to go with my shower so I have somewhere to put my foot when I shave my legs.

I am also at work, but soon heading home. YAY HOME. At this point I barely know what day it is.

Wow, that SOK is like bath porn.
