Buffy: Dancing with you is way better than trying to hook up with some good-looking guy. Xander: I think I liked it more when you were kicking me in my puffy groin.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Watched the repeat of Pushing Daisies. Very much like. Also, my neighborhood needs a Pie Hole.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I have loved the google sms for some time now! It's good if you don't have internet on your phone.

I just got back from a reception at a board member's house. The other night, Dana and Mr. Dana took me through the Fancy Neighborhood here, and this board member lives in one of the fanciest houses there. Crazy.

Even so, I am super excited to go home tomorrow. Although less excited that I should probably work on Sunday.

Art Crawl!!!

FNL: Well, having watched the Yahoo preview I was afraid that they weren't going to do any credits but they at least changed some of the pictures. Also, I know that they recut the episode but I can't be sure what all was in it or not. I think that they added more of that guy stalking Tyra and I've heard that they changed up the way things went down at the store. I'm not sure because I found the whole thing so shocking that I'm not sure of the details.

But we'll see. Also, I was excited to see that the tofu eating date was Taylor Nicholls - whom I didn't uite recognize on my computer screen.

That scene between Matt and Julie at the grocery store? Matt just breaks my heart.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Anyone ever (legally) filled a US prescription in Canada from the US? My migraine specialist has given me a script for a med that the company no longer distributes here.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Last I heard the debate was still an ethical one -- it was still legal for the on-line pharmacies to take them and get a canadian dr. to write the scrip. But that was a couple of years ago.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

I Went to the local arts walk and heard the following comment from one 20 something to another:

"I don't understand why you haven't used the handcuffs yet. You are dating a cop. The accessories are one of the main benefits."

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

We didn't see much, but what we did see was RIDIC. (The way these things usually go, they like to keep the rabble outside/in one controlled location. We were kept to the "sports bar" off the pool/patio area, which contained various sports memorabilia (like a photo of Babe Ruth with the husband (?), some golf clubs that we assumed were from someone famous, etc.) and whatnot.)

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I am now in that stupid mental place where I'm really tired and should just go to bed, but I want more sitting-around time, dammit!
