Everything looks good from here... Yes. Yes, this is a fertile land, and we will thrive. We will rule over all this land, and we will call it... 'This Land.' I think we should call it 'your grave!' Ah, curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal! Ha ha HA! Mine is an evil laugh! Now die! Oh, no, God! Oh, dear God in heaven!

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

And going to a beer festival tomorrow.

Harvard Square Oktoberfest, by any chance? I was going to be in Cambridge tomorrow, need to go through Harvard Square and was thinking about checking it out.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I tend to be on my laptop to enable more time with my SO. So how does that factor in? I am not enough a fan to watch baseball games on their own, but paying 50% attention while I cruise the net is perfect, and my SO gets company while he does one of his favorite things.

Now tagless for your comfort.

That's what happens when you try to put A cups into a D cup dress. How freakin' hideous!

information libertarian

Also, moving is less likely to put you in the position of thinking "Do you have the IQ of a gnat? Have you been living in a cave since '95?"

I dunno, I have helped people move and definitely thought, "Do you have the IQ of a gnat, or do you just not understand the concept of putting things in boxes BEFOREe the people come to help you move?" Also, "Have you been living in this cave since 1995 AND NEVER CLEANED IT?"

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

megan, I am so excited about your trip to Fleur de Lys! I expect full report w/ detailed food info.

Elevator says: 64% of Americans spend more time with their PCs than their significant others¹

What does spending time talking to my SO on the PC count as?

And I am definitely Robin, too. We both spend a lot of time in the same room together, chatting, working on our laptops, watching television, playing with the dog. It's all part of the same whole.

Although I don't count, really, because I've worked at the same job as my SO almost my whole adult life. So I spend more time with him than your average bear. But it's work time, so does it count? We have to make special efforts to spend non-work, non-talking-about-work time together.
