Anya: It's lovely! I wish it was mine! Oh like you weren't all thinking the same thing. Giles: I'm fairly certain I wasn't.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Someone tell me something nice.

You are a loyal and loving person, without being all treacly.

Not to mention you are a wonderful Auntie.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

You are better than pie. Even cookie crust pie. Which is good, good stuff.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

are the exception that prove the rule

Heh. Inasmuch as that's not what that means.

I count #1 as a pie because of the starchy cup in which the contents rest.

But the veal pies I grew up with in England weren't a starchy cup--there were a layer of pastry laid down on top of a pot of stew. Shepherd's pie is one step away from that (I refuse to call Shepherd's pie anything, because it's ick).

Pies with Paperdol are better for her being there, and I haven't done pie with you in forever.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

PIE!!!

I am grateful for pie. And my tribe niece and nephew.

I was kind of upset the other day. I said I'd like to have Noah at the company Halloween party (there will be other babies) and I got a, "I'm sure it will be okay..." after a long pause and a "families only" sort of vibe.

Which enrages me, since I otherwise have no family here at all.

Someone tell me something nice.

My dad listened to our interview with Victor, and said you sounded smart, funny, and like a very nice person. (He said nice things about me, too, but he has to, what with being my dad.)
