Any local folks know if baseball is going to mess with Supernatural airing?
I'm not your local, but if your local is like my local, probably not. The games are on Fox (and sometimes F/X), and there might be pregame/fannish coverage, but it'll be in the 5-8 hours and not during primetime. Unless Sweet Lou up and shoots somebody in the middle of the game, in which case I do think local would break in on the national feed.
I imagine WGN will have all sorts of coverage, but my vague impression of WGN from cable is that it's not affiliated with any network.
Weirdly, baseball almost never breaks in on my local schedule. But football just pushed
Dancing with the Stars
to 1am last night, so that proper (local) Monday Night Football pregame could be performed. It's only 1/4 of the way through the football season!
Power came on sometime before 2, I think. Woke up at 2:30 when the alarm decided to go off. I guess its battery needs replacing. Woke up at 5:30 due to the BGE workmen outside being loud. And the transformer sparking every few seconds. Not confidence inspiring. Finally woke up at 7:30, seriously not wanting to be. Had to wait for BGE to move their truck to get my car out.
Mrph.
That's good to know Tom! (about Heroes re-airing)
For the other Tom (tommyrot)

Have to make phone call for work.
Sleepy.
Payroll confusion.
Natter not talking.
Hate world.
Ugh. Just got the official notice that my apartment complex is going luxury condominium as of Dec 1st. From the sound of it, the units I might be interested in buying are probably beyond my price range.

You should find a good mortgage person and ask for the spreadsheets. Places have been offering us 30 year fixed, traditional, no funny stuff mortgages without PMI for as little as 10% down based on having excellent credit, and others have been offering 10K for closing costs.
Made call. Got voice mail. Woot.
Kind of ready for lunch, despite the time.
I just found out that there is great coffee in my office. I've never worked at an office with good coffee.
I definitely intend to check with the owners and crunch numbers before I decide to give up. But I'm leery of the combo of condo association fees plus mortage on a "luxury" condo, and the touting of the vast sums they're investing. Not to mention talking about gentrification of a neighborhood that includes a freeway underpass to our immediate East, a rehab center across the street, and tenements down the street that aren't going anywhere anytime soon. (Maybe the thieves that stole one tenant's car and the car stereo of another in the past few weeks are part of the gentrification process?)
