Harmony: Somebody remembered to pick me up the sweetest unicorn. Guess someone was feeling guilty for standing me up in tenth grade. Brad: What? Had to get her something. She sired me. Peaches: Sire-whipped.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

GC, great hair.

Cash, great holiday.

From the baby robot article:

"Nobody complains that Bernini's sculptures are too darn real, right? Or that Norman Rockwell's paintings are too creepy,"

The fuck! Norman Rockwell not creepy? He lives in a strange world.

Got to test the new painkiller protocols. Steph, there is just about no way I could get them to do the propo-whatever as a standard response. Today's protocol was written nice and fresh in my files, and they still had problems with it. No one gets 6mg of dilaudid, they said. I told them I'd been up to 10. Then they moved me to a monitored (loud and bright) room so they could make sure I wasn't dying, and then they tried to titrate it instead of dispensing it all at once.

Still. It's a marked improvement and I feel much better. I'm not sure what the point of tomorrow is, but at least I'm not thinking apocalyptically about it any more.

Very drugged up, so it's about bedtime for me.

"I am the all-singing, all-dancing crap of the world"

Yeah I seriously need to learn how to do that. Very cool indeed

Edit: Surfing... not so much the medication (glad that it helps ita!)

she's so cute!

Mmmmhmm.

Welcome back from Hawaii, Cash. You guys look like you had some overdue fun. I presume the child care issues worked out.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Colbert tonight--did you all see Viggo-as-Aragorn?

Stephen is such a huge LoYR geek, he must be tickled they pulled that bit off.!

Art Crawl!!!

And it's two hours earlier there! You should be more awake!

(Actually, Lord of Ye Olde Ring sounds like it should be a Shoppe of some sort, doesn't it?)

Which reminds me that I hadn't realized that Miss Matilda has the preferred Elizabethan coloring of blonde hair and dark eyes.
