Can't any one of your damn little Scooby club at least try to remember that I hate you all?

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Whoo-hoo! Cubs are actually NL Central champs! Make sure Steve Bartman doesn't get tickets to the playoffs...

Hey, I discovered that ABC is putting Dirty Sexy Money up On Demand if you're on Comcast Digital Cable.

I just found that out, too! WTTW (the local PBS station) also has the entirety of the Ken Burns doc The War available on Demand, too.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

What is the link for the keyhole shirt?

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

You don't mean this year, right?

No, back in 2003.

Congrats to Cubs and Cleveland too!

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Contourwear Keyhole Top.

It looks like that same brand has some other items on sale as well, including a wrap tank and a SPF zip-front travel shirt.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Is the shirt snug, liese, because they only have Medium (and maybe small) left?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

tommyrot, that is the stuff of nightmare, ijs.

mac is such a doll most Saturday mornings. He is up before 7 (not the doll part), but after getting him a piece of fruit I got back to bed and he watches cartoons and pulls out various toys to play with and clutter the living room. I sometimes sleep until 10 or 11 and he has gotten to where he only wakes me 1-2 times. What is funny is that once I do wake up, he needs a good hours of only ocassional contact with me. I cannot go in and just sit on the couch and start watching cartoons with him if I am to maintain his good mood. I was exactly the same, I would get FURIOUS with my father for coming into a room if I had been alone for a stretch. Even if he wasn't talking to me, the presence disturbed me. maybe that is just the normal reaction?

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I quite understand the feeling! I particularly like some 'quiet time' to wake up by myself over the computer or the daily paper, whereas the rest of my family wants to be immediately social. And I LIKE my family, just not at that precise moment, please.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Yeah, it is snug. But it is also stretchy, so ymmv. And also, huh. I thought the last time I looked, they had all four sizes. They must be selling fast.

Yeah, the larger sizes are all gone. And I know my shoulders are so big there's no chance of squeezing into a Medium, no matter how stretchy it is!
