We didn't get sugary cereals in our house. At least not overtly. I'm sure, that as we got older and mom just got lazier about that rule, we had some that were sugar equivalents (honeycombs?)
But I remember fruity and cocoa pebbles (those were the rice krispie kind, right?) at my friends' houses. I think the fruity pebbles would give me a spasm to just look at them now. Violates my too many colors rule.

Okay, that monthly catered event was a bit lame. (Seriously: pizza bagels.) But the cake was super dark chocolate delicious. Plus free champagne.
