I tried to return something I had ordered from Apple.com to the Apple Store today. After long mintues of fuckery, I looked at the manager and said, "I'm having a hard time articulating how rageful and homicidal this entire process is making me."

I'm reminded of a day back in the '90s when my Dad was taking a spanish class. We met at lunchtime and I asked him what he'd learned that day. "Los Osos chupan," he replied.
