Random question of the day: anyone else ever developed a crush on a historical figure
I kind of fell in love with Diana, Lady Crosbie from her portrait at the Huntington. She has the most wonderful smile and eyes.

I've also had crushes many a fictional character. I have friends that I swear are single because no men measured up to Travis McGee or Francis Crawford of Lymond.
Is there a math or technical term when you're not using percent? - i.e. you're using numbers between zero and one to specify a fraction of something, rather than (a number zero through 100) followed by "percent"?

Already have it programmed on the TiVo, but bless you for thinking of me! And as Jilli said, this is part of why I have such a gigantic crush on that little nerd.
That's great news, Kat.
Oh, Kat, that's fantastic.
