That's more like "Rockford". When he'd go to fancy places and get valet on the Firebird, and they'd look like "WTF?"(Not the women, mostly.)
Procedurals 1: Anything You Say Can and Will Be Used Against You.
This thread is for procedural TV, shows where the primary idea is to figure out the case. [NAFDA]
Hannibal has been picked up for a 2nd season! I think it'll be mid-season though.
Askye. The show an opening scene that isn't the murder and then do a close up of the murderer with text under his/her face saying killer or murderer or something like that. I guess the point of the show is to show how the person got to the point of murder.
Right - they don't start off with the crime. I'm liking it so far.
I finally saw a full episode. I liked it. Although the white v neck tshirt as office wear is kind of weird. But I like the lead actress.
That's the thing, I don't really like the lead actress. I think I'd like it better if it was someone else. Plus, I don't like stupid people, and it seems that it's the stupid shit that gets people caught. Which is realistic, but I don't want to see it.
I was afraid for a minute that the lead was Ally Walker -- afraid only because she only kind of looks like Ally Walker, so I was concerned about what she had done to her face. I was glad to figure out it was someone else!
I saw a promo for that the other day. I have vague fondness for Kristin Lehman based on her guest-star bit in an old X-Files episode, "Kill Switch". She was the hacker who tried to upload her consciousness to cyberspace or some such. I think it was written by William Gibson? Although the thing I remember the best from that ep was the rainbow lights and "Twilight Time" playing in M&S's car.
I may go looking for a pilot to watch...
Well, and she was in Drive and Strange World.
Been using Perception as my workout show. For me the perfect workout show is brainless without being so dumb as to cause groans, fast paced and distracting but not distracting I can't keep my form going. This seems to fit. Shame in a way, because the concept and actors seems like it could have been much better than it is. Does it get either better or worse? Cause sometimes show take a while to find themselves. BTW the main character seems pretty good at distinguishing hallucinations from reality. Do we ever explicitly discover whether he does not know that blond friend/ex is a hallucinatory version or merely does not care?
