Holmes' breakdown was heartbreaking! Watson's reaction to his reaction...heartbreaking!

This thread is for procedural TV, shows where the primary idea is to figure out the case. [NAFDA]
JLM is really an astonishing actor. I'm impressed.
(I was spoiled for Irene being cast -- although it didn't say if it was for flashbacks or present day -- but even if I hadn't been, the reveal was pretty obviously going to be her. Or perhaps I'm too cynical.)
I loved the red paint on her feet. Her feet are first thing we see, and for a second, you wonder -- is that blood? Is that Irene, or just Irene's body? That whole scene was marvellously tense.
Loved the music choice, too. Don Giovanni overture, I think. The ascending scales at the anticipation of the reveal -- very dramatic.
I am really loving Hannibal. It's just so beautifully twisted. I don't even know how to begin talking about it though. Other than... Ellen Greene! Gillian Anderson! Lacrimosa! Recipe box/Rolodex! Recurring stag! Nothing is vegetarian! omg.
So. The food stylist for Hannibal has a blog. [link]
This just made my day:
I just watched the #Hannibal episode "Ceuf". Um, Happy Mother's Day?

I hadn't realised Southland had been officially cancelled (instead of by implication): [link]
Yep.
So here's my Castle prediction. She says no, or rather something that boils down to "not yet" and then probably during February sweeps she asks him.
