This thread is for procedural TV, shows where the primary idea is to figure out the case. [NAFDA]

Also, I think Ed Quinn was just about perfect.
Oooh, I have to go watch this now.
I didn't recognize Frakes or Quinn!
I didn't recognize Quinn until I saw his name in the credits, then I figured it out. Between Eureka and True Blood (and the Cuervo add) I'm too used to him with a beard.
Omigosh, I would NEVER have recognized Frakes.
I actually recognized Quinn's voice before I saw his face. His bone structure is pretty distinctive, but he looks SO different without a beard.
I'm not usually a facial hair fan, but I think the beard suits him better.
I was looking for Frakes and still managed to miss him.
Before y'all hipped me to Frakes being in the frame, I thought it must be an author I did not recognize. When I went back to watch it again, I saw the trademark smile. He looked more trim than I've seen him recently, which also threw me off a bit.
eta: wow, that was weirdly wishful thinking. "I" haven't been trim in a very long time!
It took me a while to figure out why Ed Quinn seemed so familiar. Then I went, "oh, holy crap, it's Nathan Stark!"
I wonder if it's annoying to be typecast as someone who plays slightly self-centered so very well...
To the benefit of my geek cred, I only recognized Frakes because I follow Wil Wheaton's blog.
I should add that I totally missed Frakes.
