Early: So is it still her room when it's empty? Does the room, the thing, have purpose? Or do we -- what's the word? Simon: I really can't help you. Early: The plan is to take your sister. Get the reward, which is substantial. 'Imbue.' That's the word.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

He's definitely a minor. If he's not with her, he's going into the system, and not just because he's the only witness they get. He's listed as a juvenile on the TNT website.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

They said he's barely 16, I believe. And he's a "material witness" to the serial killer whose ski mask he was wearing as a hat, IIRC.

For God's sake, he was turning tricks just a few weeks ago, of course he's going to have difficulty adapting.

Hear, hear.

Also on the "expel the THREE bullies who jumped the new kid, not the new kid for defending himself" bandwagon.

I was glad Raydor did at least point out to Rusty that he shouldn't need to fight again soon - I kept thinking of Ender's first fight in Ender's Game. You have to end the fight DEFINITIVELY* in order to make sure that it's not only the first, but the last fight.

*Preferably without death, obviously.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I don't know where to announce this, so I'm doing it here. ION plans to premiere Season 5 of "Flashpoint" on Tuesday, October 16.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Bones:

Angela wants to keep Hodgin's hands clean, so she asks him to place a flower message for her? In what world does that makes sense?

Is no one going to say to Bones maybe you should have left Christine safely with Booth?

There are not security cameras in the Jeffersonian that would catch Bones showing up and tampering with evidence?

Is the other FBI agent taking the flower out of the garbage significant? Is he working with Pollant?

Why am I still watching this show?

Always Anti-fascist!

Is "Perception' one of these? Sometimes I think so, although it's a better show when it's more emotional and less crime-solving...cable drama?

erika, I think that show is being discussed in Cable Drama. I have the whole season on the DVR, and I'm still trying to decide if I want to watch it.

Always Anti-fascist!

I like it, but mostly, I think it's the acting more than the writing, although there is one where a woman ends up mentally stuck in the eighties that killed me. The season-ender was pretty good too, although you wouldn't start there, obviously.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I have seen 3-4 eps of Perception and I don't like it. I watched it because there was nothing else on, but I think I'd rather watch old eps of L&O or Columbo to Perception,
