I like the idea that David follows Brenda wherever she moves to. It'll be interesting to see what the writers do.
I would kind of like to see Brenda and Raydor switch jobs. I think it would do Brenda a world of good to see things through Force Investigation eyes. I don't know that she'd be particularly good at it, but it would be good for her.
How many projects did Jon Huertas have over hiatus? [link] He shows up around 4:25.
Maybe Brenda will find out that her dad's condition is inoperable and he has some limited amount of time (say 6 months), and move to Atlanta to be with him. Fritz will stay in LA because she's planning to come back. This allows for guest spots and/or the return to the show (which as bennett mentioned, would be fun to see Brenda working under Rader)
You know, as much as I love Inspector Lewis, it has a touch of "bitches be crazy" a little too often. But Hathaway!
Also, I don't think I'll ever get tired of "will they or won't they" wrt Robbie and Laura.
yes, I do love that. Although tonight's ending was a bit sad in that respect.
Of course I loved the exchange between him and Hathaway (after a case where someone was murdered by being hit with a book)
Haven't you learned from this case? Books are Bad!
Not if you just read them.
Just saw a few Longmire's, mainly because a friend is one of the eps. I'm going to try and catch the ep he is in - playing a prosecutor brought in from out of town. But other than that it did not grab me. The lead character strikes me as a charmless asshole, and I have no idea of why the other much more likeable and interesting characters put up with so much shit from him. Even the young asshole trying for his job is more likeable than he is. Also the young asshole had one hell of a justification for running against him. His way of grieving was to continue to collect full salary, pretty much stop working, and let everybody else in his department work unpaid overtime, including on what was supposed to be their days off, to carry his load? And after a year of this, it surprised him that young asshole decided they would be better off without him. Sorry can't remember any of their names. Young asshole still comes across as an asshole in various ways, but not anything like as big a one as old asshole.
I watched four epIsodes of that and was bored out of my mInd as well as everythINg you just saId. It also seemed to fIlmed lIke It was a car commercIal.
It wants to be Justified, but it is so not.
It is not even CBS!Justified.

True Dat.
Just one aspect: if cats could understand human speech Raylan could persuade them to take swimming lessons. In contrast, Sheriff Longmire could not sell red, white and blue Popsicles during a hot July 4th on a crowded beach.
Yeah. Not every lead can be Olyphant, though.
But it just seemed kind of...old-fashioned(as opposed to cool-retro) for me personally.
