I always thought the name Serenity had a vaguely funereal sound to it.

brillig

How many episodes are there this season? Are we getting another Moriarty cliffhanger next week? I still despise this Moriarty.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

FYI - le nubian, I've got your CSI:Blue-watching back. (Though I do have to watch On Demand over the weekend due to the Sheer Volume of stuff in that timeslot. ita_!'s definitely right on that count).

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

There were a few moments where I was thinking, "well, clearly George is the hound. I mean Henry. I mean, that's not this show. Damn."

Right? Cute casting.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Okay, there's nothing I watch between 8 and 9 on Mondays, so Bones is on.

What the hell did they just explain as how the bad guy did whatever? He encoded something on library books and when they scanned them into the system code got uploaded to the internet? And ran, or some shit?

WHAT IS THAT NONSENSE? SOMEONE MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I'm 3 or 4 eps behind on Bones but I quit trying to make much sense of it when they stopped investigating crimes that would actually have FBI involvement.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

at least that's better than the one where they scanned the bone and the pattern of the inside of the bone was a fractal and ran a virus.

Jesus, you're right. It is better than that. But CSI: Orange wouldn't actually try that bullshit. Angela's a genius, but she doesn't protect her code against injection attacks? Hello!

It's the same guy and more magical viruses. Many impossible things happen in the enchanted land of the Jeffersonian.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Bones: There were so many things wrong with that episode, I just can't. Someone tell me if it gets better next season.
