It was really boggling to watch him on Hope after such a run of creeptastic.
Procedurals 1: Anything You Say Can and Will Be Used Against You.
This thread is for procedural TV, shows where the primary idea is to figure out the case. [NAFDA]
I'm introducing my fiance to Homicide: Life on the Street, and I looked up Richard Belzer on IMDB and holy heck! He has played John Munch in EVERYTHING! H:LotS, Law and Order, The Beat, The Wire, Arrested Development, 30 Rock, and Law and Order SVU. He's been playing the same character since 1993!
Man, between this and my Buffy rewatch, I'm reliving the 90s!

Also the X-Files if I remember correctly.
wrod. On the Wire, he was in a scene with the retired cop-turned actor his character was based on...Jay Landsman(Who was Mello on The Wire and not to be confused with the Wire*character* Jay Landsman.) I suspect Simon has a man-crush on Detective Landsman, what can I say? Except "Holy fuckin' meta, Batman!" And, among Wirefiends of long standing, that moment was like when Giles came back in Buffy season 6...my lj was all "MUNCH!"
Mini-Wolfram and Hart reunion on H50 tonight.
The Castle sneak peek makes me laugh. [link]
Castle was fluffy fun.
It was indeed. And I love how much fun he gets out of it.
Seamus Dever and his wife were cute on twitter last night, too. He was live tweeting and she was posting behind-the-scenes photos from the ep, plus one from their actual wedding. [link]
I think one of the things I enjoy about Castle is how they can incorporate the characters' personal lives without having them take over the episode. Last night there was all the wedding preparation and so on, but they were still working on solving the case (although occasionally distracted).
