Okay, this is my last forum for a desperate plea for help beta'ing a vid. I'm not terribly well-connected in teh internets, and especially with this fledgling fandom (or so I'm telling myself) I'm coming up dry (or at least dry in regards to decent betas). So, if anyone is interested in looking over a
Life
fanvid for me, and is willing to be articulate and opinionated (looks at website's name again), my profile addy is good.
Trust me, it'll be fun!
Ooo! Me! I'll look at it!
Also, ::looks around:: where's Vonnie?
eta: I'm not sure how articulate I would be because I know already based on your prior
Life
vid that I am likely to just squee and flail with delight.
eta: Insent, juliebird.
I love the guest stars on tonight's L&O - Grant Shaud and Kevin Rankin!
Also, the guy who played Kevin Rankin's character's brother looked really familiar.
And I was disappointed that the CI was actually a repeat. I guess they're just showing what was on USA.
Grant Shaud
He got older. How did that happen?
They weasel-worded the CI ads. They said something like "New on NBC."
Yes, they did and I should have noticed that.
Did you notice the prominent Psych ads?
Back to Grant Shaud - it's like it's a Grant Shaud renaissance: i.e., after seeing him on Pushing Daisies - here he is on L&O.
CM: When you see Fredric Lane in the credits - you've got to know that he isn't going to be an ordinary dad. (I guessed witness protection pretty early on.)

absolutely. I kept thinking 'he seems off', but didn't know if it was the yellow eyed demon prejudice.

as soon as I saw the gun on the other guy, I knew.
How much did I love "tomorrow"
And, I think that the daughter was played by Joe Mantenga's daughter (or maybe granddaughter)
I was waiting for a suspect with pica to show up for at least 15 minutes. I'd not heard "eating dirt" as a euphemism for dead before!
He wasn't the dead guy. He was the mushroom guy. (Watched it again last night to show Mr. Jane)
I did not like the FBI chick. Would they really let someone that unstable back on the job?
I think that was Joe Mantegna's daughter. Did you get the feeling that the whole scenario was going to be reenacted in Atlanta? Because I did.

I think that was the point of the bit at the end when they met the other guy and his daughter.

I didn't get that impression. It seemed to me that they were just showing us that the father completely got away with it because of his testimony.
