I do like DiNozzo Senior, I hope he makes a financial killing.

DiNozzo Senior and Gibbs as roomies - love it.

That's right. I was thinking murder, not self defense.

The re-opening of the Natalie Woods case makes the DiNozzo Senior guest appearances kind of weird for me.
Well, should they have shelved the episode until they knew whether or not Wagner was a suspect? (I thought that he was not.)
No, I don't think they should have shelved the episode. It just cut into my own ability to enjoy the episode for just what it was without the meta. I believe Wagner is still a suspect at this point. From the article I read the captain recently came forward to say that Wagner and Wood had a horrible fight right before Wagner came to him and told him Wood was missing.

Do you mean you still suspect him, or that he's officially still a suspect? I'm out of touch with the proceedings.

I should have been clearer. I do not know if he is officially considered a suspect, but the new testimony and evidence I have read about seems to point in his direction, unless I'm missing something. So, I don't think he has been officially ruled out as a suspect either.
I did a bit of googling after you mentioned that, sj, and it seems he's not an official suspect.
However, they also say her cause of death is still accidental drowning, so I'm not really sure what's the what.

That is sort of what I was trying to say in my previous post. They are not officially naming him as a suspect, but I don't think that means that they won't change their mind about that if new evidence points in his direction.

I think that is what remains on the official record unless they find something different in this current investigation.
I can't imagine what new evidence they're going to come up with now, though, especially since she drowned, and the only people on the boat have already been interviewed.
The captain kept insisting he wasn't trying to cash in, in the interview I saw, and that he wrote a book about this published four years ago, but I just can't see where they're going to get with this. The fact that no authorities were called until so long after they noticed her missing is damning enough, but they knew that years ago, right?
