Speaking of RL lawyers, yesterday I was doing one of my new daily tasks which is getting attorney names for select cases of interest to some of our editors, and one was for a case in Las Vegas, and the lawyer's last name was Gubler. Isn't MGG's dad a lawyer?

Last night's CM was pretty good. I don't think they've done an unsub being triggered by a physical trauma/brian injury before, have they? And the actor was really good.
Someone on the writing staff is a Doctor Who fan--last night's ep was the second time they've had a DW reference, and this one cracked me up as much as the last one did. Reid's geeking out over the excellence of the DW convention, and the sheriff's reaction to him, was hilarious.
Yes, I enjoyed that.
Of course, there is no Dr. Who con in San Diego...
But how cool would that be if there was... t /dreamily
The only cons I've ever attended were both DW cons, back in the early '80s in Chicago.
At the end, I was just about crying for the guy - Luke. So lost and confused.
Although, when he was holding a gun to his father's head, I had a "Luke, I am your father" moment.
Todd, my husband did that so we had inappropriate laughter. I liked CM last night much more than the ep last week. It was so sad though. How did I not retain the info that Rossi was in the Marines? loved Reid geeking out over DW.
I am also pleased to be liking CSI much more this season. I had doubts about Ted Danson but he's really good in this role. I hope they can keep the momentum going.

Yeah, they kept almost getting there, but breaking it up. Good call, writers!
Man, that was sad.
There'd been a L&O - SVU, I think - where someone had that ... syndrome? ... so I figured out what was happening fairly early on. But, yes, sad.
I watched for the first time - there's just so much to catch up on, I jumped in. I figured out what his problem was because of a podcast I listened to about the syndrome. So unsettling.
Poor guy, poor family, poor co-workers.
