"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

That's hilarious.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

It's what I crave.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

They're not going to let Van Pelt get married, are they? That's not nice.

Watching CSI. You're right, LeN. It is unpleasant. The LA guy is needlessly crass.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

They're not going to let Van Pelt get married, are they? That's not nice.

I'm figuring she gets married, the guy turns out to be nefarious in some way other than simply being a coward, and Rigsby recruits Jane to make him voluntarily disappear.

I'm torn. I was a big Rigsby/Van Pelt shipper, but I'm okay with the mandate that they can't date on the job. And I don't want them pining over their forbidden love. But I totally don't buy this new relationship, and am startled it's gotten to the point of wedding dresses.

But I don't want Van Pelt's judgment to be shown to be faulty, and Rigsby to be long-suffering and noble and right, even if they don't get back together.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Rigsby and Van Pelt have awesome chemistry. I want to seem them back together and working on the same team, but perhaps not as partners.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I liked the end of this week's Mentalist. I wish the show was always kind of weird and strange, rather than a straightforward procedural.

I seem to spend a lot of time wishing my procedurals weren't procedurals.

“Not dead yet!”

I think they're going to get close, but I somehow suspect that O'Laughlin is going to get cold feet.

As usual, I loved the exchange between Cho and Rigsby-- Wayne asking for Kimball's advice on whether or not he should tell Grace.

Can they be on the same team and in a relationship?

I really liked the end of The Mentalist. In fact, Jane was more human this week than recently. Using his perception not to wind people up, but to distract the dying guy from his pain. And as scared as he is of guns and death, he did him a solid there.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

if they let crazyass Jayne work with them day in and day out, I think they can let the relationship fly.
