Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Didn't see it, but a third party on the line vitaites privilege.

There wasn't anyone else on the line. The conversation was recorded without Nick or Pete's knowledge. The only ones in the room were Nick, Pete, the EMT, and the EMT's lawyer. Who made the recording was never mentioned. And the lawyer who gave the recording to the judge was not the EMT's lawyer, either. It made no sense to me.

I thought that he was rather restrained. I would not have been able to resist a loud "BOO-YAH!" or something to that effect.

I think she knew exactly what happened as soon as the doctor hugged her - that Castle had seen him coming down the hall and changed what he was going to say mid-stream.
