Procedurals 1: Anything You Say Can and Will Be Used Against You.
This thread is for procedural TV, shows where the primary idea is to figure out the case. [NAFDA]
Ha! Don't need to google. I remember the announcement when she was born. She's in high school?!
Oh no. My school is grades 6-12, so she is probably in 4th or 5th scoping out potential schools. Poor kid was pretty disengaged, buy maybe she was just shy. Anyway, I'm all for unusual names; I just think puns can be rough for a kid in school.
Oh, good. I was afraid I was seriously losing my concept of time.
I never watch CSI: Miami. But I watched tonight because it was about roller derby. Is Emily Proctor pregnant?
I hate NBC and I hate David E. Kelley.
Watched the premiere of Harry's Law tonight and loved it. But 10PM on Monday nights? Really, NBC?? I already watch Castle and Tivo H50 (or vice-versa) so putting a show against both of those seems slightly suicidal. Not to mention that Harry doesn't really seem to fit with the lead ins of Chuck and The Cape. They couldn't have put it on Wednesday night since they've already bollocksed up L&O: Palm Trees?
Oh, and Cash, yes, Emily Proctor is pregnant.
H50 - I kept waiting for a verbal reference to Seven, and laughed a lot when I got it.
I also loved Dano's "Really?" (and his facial expression) when McGarrett yanked the severed head out of the box.
Danny's deconstructing of Steve's daddy issues killed me.
Also Danny scolding Steve for buying stuff off the internet. They are such a pair of old ladies.
So glad, too, to see some more of Chin's backstory.
The Danno and McGarrett show is the best.
Also, they aren't giving DDK enough to do: I hope that the introduction of Chin's ex means that this will change.
I hope so, too-- they're still trying to find their balance, but I'm glad they've finally started introducing some of the elements they said they were going to from the getgo, like Steve working on his dad's car (which is Jack Lord's Marquis from Original Flavor).
I also loved seeing some more of Chin's humor when he said "That just ain't right," to Danny.
They are such a pair of old ladies.
So true.
