"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Mark Valley did a short-lived series called Keen Eddie , which I liked a lot

A lot of people liked it. Unfortunately, I couldn't really enjoy it because I'd lived through too many "ugly american" experiences where I just had to sit there and cringe while my countryman made an ass out of him/herself.

I loved Neal McDonough in Boomtown. Yet another show that no one seemed to like but me.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Mark Valley was also the Not Jack on DooL, right?

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Loved Keen Eddie. I've been watching the guy who played his partner on Green Wing.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I love Neal McDonough! But probably because of the creepy, to some extent. Eta: know him from Boomtown, which I still mourn

Human Target ads definitely me do some double-takes thinking Colin was on my TV. I can't decide whether I want to watch it or not - it's got ChiMcBride and, er, someone else I like but there's something in the ads that turns me off.

Always Anti-fascist!

I love Boomtown! But I found it after the fact. But my thought always is, when I see a "Southland" promo, to pull a David Spade and be all "I liked it the first time...when it was called "Boomtown" Also, it reminds me of every Wambaugh novel, since ever. But most people kind of don't think of him as like their Uncle Joey, do they?

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I definitely did a not Colin doubletake. But I am going to try the series. We'll see.

I am you on these counts.

I bought the series after it was canceled and, while I like Southland fine, it just doesn't have the same...ya know.

Each one of the characters really grabbed my attention. Hm. Perhaps it's time for a re-watch.

Lock and Load!

Now tagless for your comfort.

The Not Colin talk is reminding me of the mannequin in Eureka. "Henry, why does it look like me?" "It's generic!"
