Hey, preaching to the choir. I thought our Lady of the Perpetual Sea Breeze was the real deal until the Divine Miss J walked right through that door and right into my ass—which is where my heart is…physiologically. I could show you an x-ray.

The status is NOT quo.

Just watched Friday's Numb3rs. I'm not sure that I like this "quirky guest professor of the week" thing

Yes, this. And also what Liese said. I adore Larry and miss him terribly, and invisible cellphone guy had me tilting my head sideways and muttering, "When did the writers decide what this show really needed was Colonel Flagg?"

Art Crawl!!!

TNT picked up Southland.

So behind: haven't watched Numb3rs or Cold Case yet.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

No new episodes?

I'd suggest skipping Numb3rs. It was painful.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I've given up on Numb3rs. I haven't seen a new ep this season.

It's showing the effects of cost-cutting measures. Losing Larry to profs of the week, and there hasn't really been any of Don's girlfriend.

they lost Larry for financial reasons? I'd much rather have lost Liz, frankly. I mean, I don't hate her, but I love Larry so much more.

Art Crawl!!!

They had 6 episodes in the can when NBC cancelled them, so I hope that they plan on airing those. I don't know why - but I thought that there would be new ones but you're right, the press release suggests that they're only showing season 1.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

when NBC announced it was canceling the show, the creator said that at issue wasn't whether they would film new episodes, but where the filmed episodes would air.

So that sounded to me like he wasn't going to be in further production.
