So behind: haven't watched Numb3rs or Cold Case yet.
I'd suggest skipping Numb3rs. It was painful.
I've given up on Numb3rs. I haven't seen a new ep this season.

they lost Larry for financial reasons? I'd much rather have lost Liz, frankly. I mean, I don't hate her, but I love Larry so much more.
They had 6 episodes in the can when NBC cancelled them, so I hope that they plan on airing those. I don't know why - but I thought that there would be new ones but you're right, the press release suggests that they're only showing season 1.
when NBC announced it was canceling the show, the creator said that at issue wasn't whether they would film new episodes, but where the filmed episodes would air.
So that sounded to me like he wasn't going to be in further production.

They'll air the 13 already produced and then decide whether to order more episodes.

I'm not in love with either of the female agents. They could stand to lose either one of them in my books. But I'm sure they cost less, and they keep the diversity up.
