Everything looks good from here... Yes. Yes, this is a fertile land, and we will thrive. We will rule over all this land, and we will call it... 'This Land.' I think we should call it 'your grave!' Ah, curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal! Ha ha HA! Mine is an evil laugh! Now die! Oh, no, God! Oh, dear God in heaven!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Well, the promos show him pleading his innocence, but he's still not rom com material.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

to my surprise, they actually pushed off the news and aired Lie to Me at 9:45 EST. I didn't realize this at first and the first few minutes played out in mute. Was Cal speed dating?

In the end, I kind of love that he just immediately ran away from it all, that he wasn't stoic hero leader guy who shrugs off his victimhood. He was thefuckoutofthere.

The very end was sweet beyond words.

Was Cal speed dating?

He was, but it was part of a job. He was testing the fidelity of a client's wife.

Castle got a full season pickup. I heard there was worry it was on the bubble, so I'm extra happy for the Fillion.

Fantabulous!

Beckett was beyond hot last night at the book party. I think erotic would be a better word.

It seems that just about every show that I'm watching there's me waiting for the leads to get it on already. But I swear that watching Castle and Beckett's "breakup" that they were going to grab each other and mack. (Okay, on Lie to Me I was praying for a deep satisfying hug, because Cal and Gillian just aren't afraid to touch each other, which I find so incredibly refreshing). And then there's Bones and that whole new level of intimacy that they reached. Hmmm. Did all of these shows just finally sync up their menstrual cycles?

I don't think you saw the same episode I saw. All I can see when I watch is cat and mouse with the audience.

I think Castle plays it very well. They both like each other, but they aren't pining, but they did both get a bit panicky when they thought walking away was what was the sensible thing to do. Because it's a very nice excuse.

brillig

Does anyone else think NCIS: LA is aiming at a demographic of gay men? With the bromance, and the tight shirts, and the tight pants that Heddy even commented on, and Dom fiddling with his nipples--sorry, the buttons?
