Don't you just love this party? Everything's so fancy, and there's some kind of hot cheese over there.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

They showed North Mammon last night--the really icky one where the kidnapper promises to free two of the three HS girls he's kidnapped if they decided to kill one of their number. It's one of those scenarios where the father decides he knows who did it, and he goes off for his own vengeance. MARVELLOUS tackle there. I replayed it twice. Couldn't see the transition from stuntperson to Shemar. Very well played.

I'm sure there's a great fanvid out there set to appropriately thumping music that's all Morgan tackling, kicking in doors, and slamming unsubs against cars and cuffing them. That's hot.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

If there isn't, there really should be.

One of the episodes in this marathon had them all eating at a Chinese restaurant and giving Reid shit because he couldn't use chopsticks. That was funny. That whole episode had more of the amusing bantering asides than usual. I liked it.

And the episode with the Apache lawman who wouldn't use a gun - the end scene where he calls Hotch "Captain America" is priceless.

That episode is hysterical. The interactions between the Blackwolf and Hotch are all golden and quoteworthy. Hotch fighting hand to hand and with the telescoping baton is seriously hot, and the moment where Reid just can't not answer that question in the schoolroom is so terribly terribly Reid.

Yeah, Reid standing in the back of the schoolroom silently mouthing the answers to the questions was funny, and also reminded me of myself - I never could not answer the question. The realistic way they've handled Reid's character is a big part of the series' draw for me. That, and I've thought Thomas Gibson was hot since "Dharma and Greg".

I just did a quick look see and all of the Morgan vids seem to be set to haunting slow songs about how he's so misunderstood (i.e. "Beautiful Disaster") @@ Makes me want to vid to Bodies or Break Stuff or Yoo Hoo or something like that.

"Battle Without Honor or Humanity". I've got it all choreographed, including a power walk. Too bad I don't vid.

"Let The Bodies Hit The Floor" is what it's set to in my head. Totally not a vidder either.

I guess they have him painted as the abused woobie, huh, Vortex? With the dead daddy. Oh, but he's so much more. There's a whole Derek is a playa vid to be made too, but I'd rather see the ass-kicking one first.

I don't see Morgan as a woobie, at all. Hotch is more woobie than Morgan.

Well, Hotch was apparently raised in a physically abusive environment, but Morgan was explicitly sexually abused. Make of the woob what you will. They will never touch Reid, who woobs as he walks. At least Hotch and Morgan are dealing with their pasts.

“Not dead yet!”

That, and I've thought Thomas Gibson was hot since "Dharma and Greg".

I had the hots for him since that execrable Far and Away and his wonderful take in Tales From the City.

Which probably says something bad about me.

They will never touch Reid, who woobs as he walks.

So very much this.
